Welcome to DailyHero ("the App"), developed and operated by Skyhowl Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

• Quests completed and XP earned

• Custom quests you create

• Friend connections and activity
• App activity timestamps

Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as device type and operating system version for troubleshooting purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide and maintain the App's features including quests, achievements, leaderboards, and community events
• Enable social features such as friends lists and activity feeds
• Process in-app purchases (Pro upgrade)
• Send account-related emails such as password resets
• Improve the App's functionality and user experience
• Respond to your support requests and feedback
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Shared With Others

Other Users: When you use social features of DailyHero, certain information is visible to other users:

• Your username and level are visible on leaderboards and friend lists
• Quest completions appear in your friends' activity feeds
• Community events you create are visible to other users (public events) or invited users (private events)
• Your email address is never visible to other users

Third-Party Service Providers: We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase — for authentication, database storage, and app infrastructure. Firebase's privacy policy is available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google Play — for app distribution and in-app purchases on Android devices

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase's cloud infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. In-App Purchases

DailyHero offers a one-time Pro upgrade purchase. All payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Please review Google Play's privacy policy for information about how they handle payment data.

6. Children's Privacy

DailyHero is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at customerservice@skyhowlstudios.com and we will delete that information promptly.

You have the right to:
